April and I have had a busy year since our June 2021 launch. We conducted a training camp with friends and family for a local race in September and then timed that race when it shifted to June this year. We coached a few runners as they began or intensified their pursuit of fitness goals.
April and I are starting a new training season for the Little Rock Marathon weekend (Nov. 20-21), with specific plans for her half marathon and rough outline for friends running the marathon.
